The chemical composition of 04Cr13Ni8Mo2Al steel contains aluminum, molybdenum, nickel and other elements, the addition of aluminum can make the alloy form a stable precipite, increase the strength and hardness of steel; The addition of molybdenum can improve the corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance of steel. The addition of nickel can increase the toughness and corrosion resistance of steel.

04Cr13Ni8Mo2Al steel needs to go through two heat treatment processes, solution, precipitation hardening, in order to achieve the best performance. Solution treatment is to heat the steel to more than 800℃, so that the internal grain uniformity, eliminate stress, improve toughness; Precipitation hardening is on the basis of solid solution treatment, the steel is heated to about 500℃, at this temperature to form a precipitate, so that the steel reaches the highest strength and hardness.
