HPM75 is a non-magnetic die steel, is a Japanese standard steel brand, its chemical composition.

HPM75 is a kind of non-magnetic, high hardness, high wear resistance non-magnetic die steel produced by special smelting process. It has very stable austenite characteristics and very low permeability (μ < 1.01H/m) in various states.

 

HPM75 non-magnetic steel has excellent toughness and corrosion resistance at high temperature, making it an ideal material for making non-magnetic die.

HPM75 chemical composition is stable, superior performance, high life, rust resistance.

HPM75 non-magnetic steel factory state has two kinds: annealing state, hardness 28-30HRC; Pre-hard, hardness 42-45HRC; HPM75 surface treatment hardness up to 950-1100 hV, can meet the use of different molds.

HPM75 is widely used in power, rail transit, construction and defense forces and many other fields.

Heat treatment and metallographic structure of HPM75 non-magnetic steel:

HPM75 heat treatment process: solution 1150-1180℃ water cooling; Limitation of 650-700 ℃; Air cooled, hardness 43-45HRC
